My score is a 10 for my service technician, Rick, who is consistent in his professionalism, customer service and expertise. I entered a 9 overall because of Terminix’s overall issues with account management and lack of communication such as for scheduled services and follow up regarding account issues.

I have my house services quarterly. I have been happy with the service I receive because I can't stand palmettos and if it kills them, it usually kills everything else. I don't see any other bugs in my garage nor in my house if I am home when my tech comes so I can let him in.

Klay is always polite and respectful. He’s punctual and works quickly and efficiently. He keeps me informed and updated when needed. Additionally, the spraying keeps the pests at a minimum. No inside infestation problem.

I've been with Terminix for many years, and they are consistently on point with the wasp and other issues, but also my special requests regarding my flowering lavender plants and the safety of the bees and birds.
I am also pleased to hear that they are now able to do mole and vole issues, which I've had a problem with in the past. Great company!!!
Hometown Pest Control has been servicing my home for the past 5 years and they do good work. I have seen results since I have used them for service. My house sits on a huge lake so effective pest control is essential.
