The young guy, Brad Smith, that came out to do the pest control service recently was AWESOME. He texted that he was on his way, I texted back that I would be home in 30 minutes. Then he went the Extra Mile and called me. I asked him if he could spray for spiders in our outside pavillion. He said absolutely. He did that and saved me a lot of time because I was going to try to do it because we are having a big party with lots of people that will be outside on November 7th.
He did way more than most people would.
He is a Great Example of Over the Top Customer Service.
Plus he waited for me until I got home to confirm what he did, and he did other things that he didn't have to do in normal treatments.
Promote him and give him a Good Raise, plus a Big Christmas Bonus.

The entire experience from first call to communicating timeframes was exceptional.
Our Texhnician Luis is awesome. We can always count on him to do an outstanding job and always returns if we need a little extra with ants or spiders. He is kind and courteous and keeps us informed of anything that we might have over looked in yard. Like a beach too close to house that may lead to ants in house.
Technician was prompt and took care of all my concerns.

Thay talked threw what thay were doing and why understand and concern why I did not want mice in my garage because mice went up steps could get into house when I open the door. Used mice traps so my other pets would not get sick no glue traps so my animals I have dont get into it I got them yesterday and already got 3 mice omg good job ..
