A company is known by the people who represent them...our new service person is top notch. Hugo Macias is very professional. He changed the delivery date at my request and was willing to change the delivery time when he got here to accommodate our family attending a friend's funeral.
He let me walk him around our property and then delivered our service.
He also communicated initially in a timely manner (not last minute) so I could change the delivery date in a easy manner instead of a rushed way. He responds as a professional. I want him to continue as our Terminix guy in the future. Thank you!
They are very polite always notify us before coming very professional if there's anything else that we need and my wife is very scared of scorpions i mean she trembles with the thought of a scorpion in the house or outside ever since we started using sos haven't seen one inside or out opposed to when we first moved in the first week I must have killed 50 of them if not more so thank u sos for providing a excellent service while being professional and courteous and especially keeping the wife happy we will continue to use your service and definitely have and will recommend sos thank u again

The gentleman that came out was lovely. He said he would post that the other man that comes MUST Call before coming. But he just doesn't listen. He just comes and asks the gardner to let him him. That is a no no.

Terminix is great! The only reason I gave a 9 is because this time they came earlier than the expected time. I had thought that I would see the tech so I could request some ant stations. As it turned out, the tech had to come out a second time. If I had known they were coming out, I would have texted them to leave the ant stations by my door.
