Our initial contact was Cordell. He took the time to answer a myriad of questions about our pest problem as well as the process. Then our service tech, Adam has been awesome to work with. He communicates clearly when he will arrive, if there is any change to his schedule and when he will be back to treat again. He even answered questions over the weekend. Great customer service! Significant pest control even after one application. Looking forward to being pest free thanks to Gregory Pest Service.

The gentleman who comes to my home is very knowledgeable about the little critters he deals with. He also is a good listener when I tell him what I have seen and what we have done (in the kitchen) and the success we have had. He also reminds me that all I have to do is call and Terminix would come out to deal with it. His name is Edwin and I also give him a ten.
