Professional & Affective Treatments!
I have always been very satisfied with Terminix service. However, I had an ant problem a few weeks ago and when I called Terminex for help they told me I only had service for Termites and tried to sell me a new contract that covered ants. I do not want another contract since I can barely afford this one and have had it for many, many years. With advice from a friend, I ended up buying Terro Liquid Ant Baits from Amazon and took care of the problem myself. I was disappointed that Terminix wasn't more helpful, other than trying to get me to buy another contract.
Dallas is a very professional tech. He enters the home with one thought in mind, give excellent customer service which he does. Glad he is our tech.
Ignacio Fuentes has provided excellent service in keeping our home bug free for several years. He is polite, professional, and thorough as he builds an insect barrier around our house. Highly recommend Terminix!

You come when you say you will. I had Mike Schmit for years and he was excellent--knowledgeable and willing to listen to my concerns. He has recently reitred and I am growing a relationship with new techs. So far, I am pleased with the techs who have come and hope to build a rapport with them.

Hello. We have been very happy with your service. Couple of years ago we had some real issues with mice that just wouldn't go away.
