My Technician
The first technician who was assigned was behind of the schedule and so another technician came. He was very thorough and gave us information about what we could do to find any issues. He was courteous and spent enough time to treat the perimeters of our house. He would get 10 if he were assigned in the first place. We had to wait extra, so We gave 9.
Luis Castro and Terminix do a terrific job for me. I used every other major pest control company in the East County over the past two decades, and Luis has been the only one who has managed to control my ant problem. Thanks Terminix!!!

Justine from Terminate has been doing the spray work on my yard for a few years. Each time when it is time to spray, he always text me one or two days in advance. Sometimes, if I think the weather does not cooperate, say, rainy day or ground was covered by snow, I inquired him if he could postpone for a few days. Every time he would entertain my request. Thanks
