Our Technician Troy M. Is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER. He lets us know about our upcoming service at least a week ahead and allows the flexibility to change if the scheduled slot is not convenient for our household. I’ve had Terminex for quite some time now. The same young man comes out and takes care of things whether I’m at home or not. And, he follows up with an email plus text. AND, he supplies support sticky traps, also!
