The technician always tells us when he will be there and exactly what he found. We have seen some roaches inside but we have had a lot of house problems,. ( a broken water pipe in the wall, foundation shifting ) and everything is in disarray, but the ones inside are mostly dead. I told him when all the repairs are finished, I may ask him to do a couple of the rooms on the inside. But otherwise, I love the idea of treating the outside only.

The service was great. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I requested that he come a bit earlier since I had another commitment and he complied without complaining. He was able to come earlier and got the job done.
I always get a thorough inspection and I never have problems inside. The Terminix service person is always polite and answers any questions I have.
Our Terminix provider, Samuel Jones, is very communicative and answers our questions about the treatments’ effects on the outside animals in our neighborhood.
