Technician texted to report he’d be doing external pest control about two days prior to the pest control. Tech also pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable & efficient.

Our technician is GREAT. I can text him if I ever have a trouble and he is there within the next day or two. I have had problems with billing when changes were made, being charged for services I had canceled and it has been so difficult to get this corrected. That is the reason I did not give a rating of 10.
