My technician, Frank Mooney, is great. Based on my interactions with him I would give Terminix a top score of 10. In the past, however,, I have had troubles in dealing with the higher levels of the company, which is why a lowered the score to 9.

Michael Oster has been the Terminix technician servicing our house for many years and does a fantastic job! We have no pest problem.
Our Terminix technician went around the house, taking care of the usual problems spraying on the anthills, which were new and then came in the house and sprayed as we had several dead roaches. He is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. I guess the products work as we have very few bug sightings in general.
