This is a long story. I had used another bug service for many years. I woke up one morning with multiple bug bites, likely fleas. I called that company and was told that the individual who managed my account was on vacation and there was no one else to help me! I was flabbergasted. So I called a pest control service and they came out the same day. Since I needed to make arrangements for my dogs, I set up an appointment time. Arturo came out the following day and fumigated my home. Arturo was very professional, efficient and polite. The bottom line, I am now being serviced by Terminix. Of note: Terminix is exceedingly responsive and even charge less. I am extremely pleased.
