Johnnie the service man is our primary reason. He is so professional and friendly at the same time. Johnnie explains the why's and why nots to avoid pest problems.
I recommended my mother and brorher for services at their home. They love Johnnie and feel comfortable with him coming into their homes.
Johnnie is the the man to get the job done!

I would highly recommend Terminix General Pest Control service. Our service tech always contacts us via text messages a day before our pest control service and when he is on his way on the day of the service. He is always friendly, courteous, and professional while performing his duties. We receive his service report via text messages before he leaves our property.

The Technician is very polite and professional. Terminix did however cancel my original appointment without notifying me. In the future I would like to be notified of any time change or cancellation.

Austin has been my service technician for a long time and he is the BEST! He is polite and extremely professional. He always lets me know when he will be coming and checks in upon arrival. He reviews with me any issues I may be having with bugs and tends to each and every area dutifully. Your company is so lucky to have such a hard worker with the best work ethic and professionalism in an employee.

Terminix had very professional employees, they showed up on time, everything was explained to me in a way that made sense, and I was not pushed to purchase anything that I did not need. I was told if ever a problem or question came up just call and they would answer my question or if I wanted to add services then I could. Thank you
