I would highly recommend Terminix General Pest Control service. Our service tech always contacts us via text messages a day before our pest control service and when he is on his way on the day of the service. He is always friendly, courteous, and professional while performing his duties. We receive his service report via text messages before he leaves our property.
The Technician is very polite and professional. Terminix did however cancel my original appointment without notifying me. In the future I would like to be notified of any time change or cancellation.
I’ve been a long term Terminix client, so I’m prayerfully hoping that is one of the reasons I’ve continually been treated well. I hear negative stories of others and just keep thinking faithfully that no negativity will come my Terminix way.🙏❤️

Austin has been my service technician for a long time and he is the BEST! He is polite and extremely professional. He always lets me know when he will be coming and checks in upon arrival. He reviews with me any issues I may be having with bugs and tends to each and every area dutifully. Your company is so lucky to have such a hard worker with the best work ethic and professionalism in an employee.
