Even when we are unable to be home, we frequently observe him via our security cameras going the extra mile to ensure every area is thoroughly treated. He is highly thoughtful when discussing and recommending additional services, and unlike our previous pest control provider, he never applies undue pressure. We are very satisfied with Terminix and look forward to remaining a long-term customer.

Just want to give the best 10-star feedbacks to Musa Sassey who took over our account from May 2026 to treat the moth issue for which we have had 4 years with Terminix. Yesterday was his second visit. He was knowledgeable and experienced dealing with moths. Started from his first visit in May, Musa used a more focused spray for moths and thoroughly/heavily treated the source areas in the dark storage room and the utility room. Besides, he gave us moth traps to catch surviving flying moths. For the first time in 4 years with Terminix, we have hope and expectation to see our moth issue under control to be eliminated in the near future
Musa’s knowledge/experiences and hard work deserves recognition from Terminix management team. We highly recommend Musa Sassey to Terminix customers!
