Gary Foraker is excellent. He always contacts me a few days before he arrives to ask if there are any current issues. Since we have been using Terminix, we do not have the insect issues we had have for years.
Drew is very professional. He provides me advance notice when he is planning to provide service to our house. After he has completed his work he sends me a report of the services performed and any recommendations that should be done to help keep rodent and spider activity to a bare minimum.

Service & personnel (Chris) are a ten but billing practices (increases) always take special attention by service to get acceptable rate.
We have has Sal our technician for many years. He is very
accessible and I can contact him directly if I have any bug issues.
