The substitute technician did an outstanding job as a replacement for the tech who is assigned to this route. Prior service has not been exceptional since the regular technician has not delivered top service in executing all the site inspections, cleanings, and controls he is required to complete. The current site, as well as my second account site, have not had the full service that the Terminix contract dictates. The schedule that the original tech has set up is not accommodating to my schedule to be on site so that I can verify all checkboxes for this service have been completed according to the contract. My preference for Saturday Terminix service has not been addressed. Mr. Hicks, the sub tech who reported to my residence did an exceptional job in reviewing my contract and the monthly executions that are supposed to occur. His service was top of the line. The score given was based on this and the lack of prior service that has been rendered since my contract has been active with Terminix.

Kyle was great and was able to do the exterior treatment without an issue. The biggest issue is Terminix rescheduling me without consent and trying to show up on a day thay didn't work. Kyle was able to show up on the day I originally rescheduled and did the necessary work. 10 for Kyle. 2 for Terminix.

The main reason is that I have the same technician performing the service service each appointment. Another reason, is that Terminix uses safe chemicals.
