I love my service technician Akeya, she is friendly, helpful, thorough, and does a great job. I truly believe she also wants to protect my home from pests and bugs entering or doing any damage. She is respectful in my home, always wears those shoe-covers, asks before she sprays or touches anything, and communicates any suggestions on what, if anything, that i can do to help protect my home as well (dryer vent cleaning, mesh covers over the AC vents, new door weatherstripping, trimming a tree with ants that is too close to the house, etc)
