Service is excellent. The only issue is that I would like to be contacted in advance to schedule the service instead of being given the date the technician is coming out the day before. Many times we are out of town and I would like to schedule the visits at a more convenient time for us.

Technicians are prompt and text arrival times. Jamie is great and try’s hard not to aggravate my reactive dog, lol. He has been able to help when I had questions about additional treatments as well.
