I’ve used Terminex for 40 plus years. Last year I had a problem with German roaches and Terminex honored warranty by coming repeatingly to help solve the issue.
Joel was very professional and very informative about the extermination process. He knew exactly what needed to be done from what he had seen and explained everything very throughly.

Technician was super knowledgeable, and communicated everything he was doing and what his advice was on how to maintain problems in between sessions. He did miss a couple spots that had spider webs left but not big deal. Super happy with Joe, will want him back for all future house calls
