I like the employees who service my house but the scheduling is very inconsistent. I received a text message telling me on November 6 between 1 and 3 an appointment was scheduled. However no one showed up. When I called I was told I was not on the schedule. How could that be????? Someone made a big mistake. Please look into this matter. I do not want to spend another day waiting for a Terminix person to show up who doesn't show up!!!! If you would like to speak to me about this matter please call my cell at Phone number removed. Federico takes excellent care of my home. He always lets me know he is coming and always asks if I am having any issues before he starts his treatments. He lets me know he is finished and leaves me a detailed statement of what he has done. I am completely satisfied with his service.
