The primary reason for my 10 score is the service technician that I am assigned. Working with Kareem Lopes has been awesome. He's extremely customer service oriented and truly knows hus stuff. My first visit was with another tech and when I was called for service feedback they switched him out for Kareem. Kareem listens and provides insight, treatment plan and is thorough. And it has made such a difference in our home. He truly was the differentiator in me wanting to totally cancel my service after the first visit.
John is always early and takes good care of us.

Affordable and effective. My cats caught a mouse and a rat and a spider this past few days. I have never seen them before, but apparently the treatment has them out and about and the cats have handled it ! My service guy is a sweetheart too!

The techs that came to our house were so knowledgeable about the pest issue especially so we have been so stressed out and were also friendly. We had a thousand different questions and they answered them all and without being rude or annoyed. I can honestly say I wish all companies had there employees trained as well as the employees at terminex or at least the one from the West Chester area.

I like the easy and quick communication that i receive from the techs that come out.
Great service that is a 10, however scheduling automatically without getting info from the customer first does not work for me. Almost always find out through your system the day before service and then have to call an 800 number to find a date that can work for both us and the service person.
