While, we initially fell off the original service schedule somehow, our technician was wonderful about scheduling a follow up appointment based on our availability. He was extremely commutative about his arrival time and details of service. He made sure to address all of our needs and treat the inside and outside of our house. Excellent service.

We are very satisfied with Terminix and every employee has been very friendly and knowledgeable. They always notify me before they come and keep me updated on when they will arrive. They also give us an opportunity to provide any issues we may be having and provide us a full report upon completion of their inspection.
