Rich, at Terminix, always notifies us when he will be at our house and what he will be doing. He shows up when he says he will, lets us know when he is finished, and sends a detailed report of what he finds and the treatment used. Plus, if I have any concerns, he addresses them immediately.
Chris did a great job during his visit to discuss, plans, and treat our specific bug issue. I appreciate his easy personality and expertise!

Very professional. Gentleman will call and let me what day he will arrive and lets me know when he is here. Will text me to let me know what he has applied and where to applie on my foundation. I should also let you know but this time of year I find spiders inside my house.The spiders are the light color or sometimes I may find black spiders. Finding them mainly in my kitchen and sometimes other rooms in my house. With what chemical that is applied outside why would I be getting spiders inside my house.

Very satisfied with the results of the.service, even moreso Joe who provides the service. He's a 10 for sure. I still resent, however, Terminix' insistence upon direct debit payment. I have been a customer since well before this tick service and was always and continue to be billed and then I pay.

Marc always does an excellent job really taking time to make sure we are available, checks in before & after appointment and does a thorough job. Ever since getting terminix we have seen less of bug issues especially our ant problem from the beginning. He’s super friendly and makes us feel safe when he’s doing his service. Is prompt and never misses appointments, thank you!

My Terminix Technician, Jonathan, does a good job. I don’t see any roaches or other pests in the house, just some dead ones outside at times. However, I feel it’s a bit pricey.
