They always give me a call ahead of the appointment with the time they will arrive. And which job they are going to do. When they are finished, they will call & let me know what they did and if there were any problems & what those were!
I was having ants in my bathroom and called in the morning and that same day they came out in the afternoon and sprayed outside and put in the house ant bait in my bathrooms. Great customer service!
