I can't remember how long we've been with Terminix, but over time we've been satisfied with the service. Especially happy with the tech's who are alway personable, easy to talk to and very conscientious. I generally don't respond to these surveys, I simply don't like them, I have better things to do with my time but I do want to "shout out" to the good work provided by your tech's.
