I really appreciate the care and attention to detail our technician Josh gives every time. However, I have a lot of difficulty getting my bill current. My account is on auto pay, but I keep getting notices about an unpaid balance and recently received a notice that my contract has expired. I am not sure what the issue is if my account is on auto pay and the payment source is correct.
The Terminex associate that came out was very thorough and energetic, although I got the impression that he was somewhat inexperienced or new to the job.

Terminix took care of all our issues that we were having with mice , bats and other little rodents.
I have worked with Schedel at my home for years and everyone (especially technician Scott) have been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate how problems (or potential problems) are identified and options are presented so I can make an informed decision. I especially like that I become better educated about the "what" and "why" of my unique surroundings.
I would like to see the same technician more than once. You send a new one every time. Why can't you be consistent?
