We love having Manuel as our Terminix guy. He communicates really well with us. He gives us advance notice of when he is coming and texts throughout the time that he is here and even after he is done.

I can't speak for Terminix as a whole. However, my tech Xue Vang is a very good rep for the company. He is the reason I stay with Terminix. Xue is very helpful, informative, professional, friendly, and great customer service. He goes out of his to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. Honestly, the 10 is for him.

This was the first visit. Brian was on time. Explained everything to us. Looking forward to similar customer service for all other visits.
Our technician, James always communicates 2 to 3 days in advance of our upcoming appointment. On the day of our appointment, he will send a text message containing a map showing where is in regard to our house and how long it will be before he arrives. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
