Terminix Service associate Jaimen Staggs always provides excellent service. He is always on time and does a very thorough job at my home. When I ask for anything in addition to the normal application , he makes certain that it’s done. Jaimen Staggs speaks with me when he arrives and answers all questions ; and speaks to me before he leaves. He never rushes through a service visit, but always does a thorough professional job. Jaimen represents Terminix in a most professional knowledgeable manner.

Overall, no problems with Terminix. If issue usually will return. Recent re-construction of a 3 year vacant neighbors house was predicted to lead to mice/rats. With knowledge of this starting, Tech, Austin Mabon, returned and setup traps. In last 3 to 4 months there has been activity in these. He has assisted in controlling possible influx of mice.
The only complaint I have is $ price of service but guess it’s worth it !
