The original need was carpenter ants & excess spiders. This was taken care of (ants, anyway-- spiders seemed inevitable in si gke or duo cases). Carecwas off & on ok for the next decade or 15 years, but Jakob came onto the assignment & this has become beyond Excellent with hos management. I wouldn't trade him for anything.

For my 04/17/2026, service I was pleasantly surprised, the technician assigned to my home had great customer service, was very knowledgeable and that had the keys to my old and new bait boxes. I had been disappointed with some other technicians.. Shawn is 1 of 3 excellent technicians that has assisted with my rodent and pest control prevention. He’s a great asset to Terminix.
They provide a great service and very detail oriented when inspecting my property. Which reflects that I have no pests inside my home. The technician always asks if I have any pests inside my home and my answer is no. They also provide a detail inspection of what they saw and what they did to correct it via email.
I definitely would recommend Terminix to my friends and family.
