Although it has been slight issues in the past, the overall service is excellent. I get the service I need, when I need it, and the pest control team are very professional. I moved and the landlord was going to provide pest control by a different company. I told them I would like to keep Terminix. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Cecilio provides consistently great service
The technician is always informative. Tells us exactly what he found and what he’s doing.
However, after the initial visit, the monthly charges do see excessive. I mean, $50 a month for a treatment every third month seems excessive. Why charge for the months no technician provides a treatment.
In all the years we have had Terminix service, we haven’t had to call because of aunts.

I appreciate his willingness to discuss any concerns that I have in depth and he has always been very reliable, flexible, and engaged. We continue our relationship with Terminix on large part due to the good relationship we have with Charles.

The technician showed up on time and went right to work. He was very polite and knew exactly what to do. He was fast, thorough, and never left any kind of mess. Locked the door for me when he was finished and told me when he would be back. Excellent service.
