Short and simple: Terminix works! My husband and I purchased a brand-new build in Florida. Excited to leave the concrete jungle of NY, we eagerly and quickly settled in. We are on a flag-shaped lot, so we are in the back of most of the houses on our street. There was forest surrounding us on 3 sides. After about 4 weeks, I saw a roach and freaked out. After examining its remains, I noticed that it definitely was homegrown in Florida. I knew that if there was one, there were probably more, so I started my own regimen of sprays and the like. After a couple of months, I realized I was fighting a losing battle in my brand-new house. I called Terminix, and a couple of weeks after the first application, we were winning the war!
I have had no issues since Terminix began. I would readily share with anyone coming to the Sunshine State: if you are living in the country or in the city, put Terminix in your budget. It is an affordable necessity.

The regularly scheduled appointments. Your technicians are great. Results are obvious. My only complaint is that your annual fees continue to increase each year and are more expensive that other pest control companies.
