Patrick is efficient and good at communicating. We asked him to check for termites, which had been detected on our block, and he remembered (several days after our request) to specifically address that after his visit.

Service and results wise the company is great, David Kim is very knowledgeable and professional .

Starting to waiver on their cost, seems price goes up every year and as it stands now is costing me $70 per month. Don't know if that's excessive but I will have to check other resources.

I have both termite and pest control and pest control is excellent always notifies me before he comes out and again afterwards. Plus the management works with me through prices change

I truly appreciate the care Ray has taken regarding the safety of my home. He listens to my concerns when he comes to spray and take care of my home and has been doing so for a very long time. I have continued my service with Terminix based on his service. I could have moved to a more economical service, but I appreciate how he builds a relationship with his clients and makes me feel comfortable with all that he does to keep my house pest free.

Our technician, Preston, was great! He took his time and didn't rush me or the job. He was very thorough. We don't have a pest problem, but we wanted to be proactive. He answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns.

Sean Whitcomb, our dedicated Terminix service technician, does an incredible job each time. He's always punctual, thorough, and gets right to it. He's very accommodating and always listens attentively and diagnoses any issues I bring to his attention. I give Sean a resounding '10' rating for the excellent job he does each time. I continue to stay with Terminix, in part, because I can count on Sean to get the job done right each time.

Michael Quillen, your representative, was amazing. He was exceedingly thorough in his initial evaluation. He provided enough information that I was confident with his assessment. He ensured that the pest teams were coordinated. He followed through to find out if I had any concerns. When I still had a few problems, he sent out a team to address them.

Additionally, your pest teams were accurate in doing their work.
