I highly recommend Terminix because of my service provider, Mr. Jay Bolden, who always does a great job to inspect and treat my property. I have often reached out to him to ask if he could come back out to treat ant hills, spiders, or bees nests. It's never been an issue. He graciously comes back to my home to treat it in a timely manner. We are very appreciative for his attentiveness to our needs.

I have been a quarterly customer for many years preferring morning appts because the interior of my unit is sprayed and I have to stay away for a while. I always call Terminix to check on my appts because I get set up for afternoon appts many times. The date of my appt also gets changed without notification. I give a 10+ to my technician Marc because he always texts me the day before he comes and sometimes it's a surprise to me. My last appt was scheduled for Oct 21 but Marc texted that he was coming on Oct 7. He canceled Oct 21 for me. I don't understand why my appts often changes without notice.
