Richard is wonderful. My biggest complaint is the way you schedule Service without checking with me first. Typically I get a notification the day before that you're coming. That does not work for me and I have asked to be contacted ahead of time. This last time when Richard told me he was coming the next day, I texted him to tell him that that would not work for me. He kindly asked what would be good and came out on that day. But I would appreciate hearing from a schedule or a TERMINIX ahead of time. This is the only reason I gave you all a nine and not 10. Richard however, deserves a 10.

Luis provided exceptional insect mitigation on our property. He treated around the foundation and our patio. Luis also inspected for spider and wasp nests but found none. He treated several mulched areas for fire ants. Finally, Luis provided a complete teview of hus actions.
