Very knowledgeable, comes consistently every quarter, my house is always free of pests and bugs and consistency in every 6 months doing an overall inspection of the house. I truly count on them to keep the pests and bugs out and they deliver.

David Noblin, our technician, keeps us advised as to service results. He makes sure we are pest free, particularly from mosquitoes.

I just sent an email response thanking your service technician, Dillon Kane, for his attention to our needs. I have to be honest, I have left several messages for service but I think after I went on "auto pay", it seems like my requests were put on the bottom of the service pile. I was preparing to cancel my Terminix service until Dillon took care of all our needs. I gave feedback a 9 because of your office not responding to my requests. I honesty wanted you to know that my rating for Dillon Kane is 10+.

Our Terminix Technician (Roger Montoya), is a true professional. He takes his job seriously and it keeps us pest free. He will always explain things to us and that makes my family and I happy. We are extremely please with his work ethic totally !!!!!

Your local Terminix technician is great and has been for many years. He does an excellent job. Every time he comes and informs me and explains any questions that I may have. I have not been as pleased with the process of making the payment and getting ding notices because my payment wasn’t sent in on time when I have never received a statement, I called and they said they would stop doing that so we’ll wait and see if that happens. This is the first technician visit with a payment required. I will see if I get the correct statement in an expedient manner.

Our service tech, JOHNATHAN, coordinates his service appointments, and arrives on time, checks in with us, and gives us a personal summary of any potential problems in the future. Great service.

Nat is awesome! He keeps in touch and lets me know when he's on his way so I can let the dogs out and get them back in before he starts. He always does and lets me know ahead of time.
