Wayne was GREAT! I was able to schedule a visit the same day. He went above and beyond and I feel very well taken care of. He was also super nice and listened to get us exactly what we needed.
The technicians are great! Super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because no one calls to schedule the services and sometimes they are indoor services, so I need to be home. This improvement would make it a 10.

My service technician is the best!
The quarterly treatment helps keep my home pests free. The technician Mr. Reno Ali always does a thorough job both exteriorly and interiorly on occasion. He is very knowlegeable, warm and professional. He explains and takes care of any issue detected- like pests or rodents.
Edward Aviles came to our house to help us with an ant problem. He was very informative concerning the different kinds of ants and how they work. He explained what he was going to do to treat our problem and made sure all of our questions were answered. He then proceeded to treat our home while we left for a couple hours.
We felt that Edward was very dependable and feel that Terminix should be very happy to have him as an employee!
