My service is always dependable and the results, of keeping the bugs under control, has always been effective.
I think Terminix does a decent job. I do notice dead bugs after they spray. I think they could improve on their mice inspection and treatment program. I always have to ask them to do that.
I hate to put poison out into the world, but in Hawaii, rats are too much of an issue not to put bait boxes out. I wish there were a different alternative.
