Reliable and consistent service. The technician checks in with you before the visit to determine if there are any concerns you may have to bring to their attention. There is follow up after the visit. I have had Terminix as a service provider for over 10 years or more. They are a trusted partner in maintaining my house.

Henry my service tech, always texts me the day before the visit to see about any problems I may be having. Once here, he is very efficient and friendly. At the end he always tells what if anything he may have discovered and what he did about it.
It is nice that I have the same tech every visit, and Henry is the main reason for this high score.
