Too many return trips to fix roof leaks which led to other problems, as well as several other problems. If someone asked me about either the Grand Design product or service I would have to be honest. This was a brand new camper bought from Alpin Haus and has been one headache after another. Hopefully the latest fixes will be the last trip back to Exit 16 for this year.
better answering of the phone i feel it should not take over 2 days calllig on a regular basis to receive a answer back.
Took 6 months to fix the warranty issues my camper had and while on the property my camper was hit and damaged... overall poor customer service....I paid for a dealer prep... obviously didn't get done as if it had my camper would not have been there for the repairs needed and would not have been damaged...
-we are satisfied and pleased with our recent business at Alpin Haus .. courteous, efficient, pleasant, and friendly interactions with the office service department personnel- and timely work done for our unit being inspected as was needed.

We love our new camper. Adam and Matt were very nice through the process. Rich and Josh were very good explaining how thing operated through the walk through. Carter was great removing our old camper and great setting up our new one.

Kevin Adams is a great service representative. He got my two SeaDoo wave runners winterized (and a problem diagnosed) and back to me within 24 hrs. He contacted me as soon as the part needed for a Spring repair came in and is holding it for me until I can get back to Amsterdam at the end of the month.
You deliver , no games
I use Alpin Haus for all my pool needs. There customer service is great and they are always able to answer my questions and guide me in caring for my pool. I have used Alpin Haus exclusively for the past 13 years. Thank you for for always being there for me.

The service department has been fantastic, working through difficult warranty issues and keeping me in the loop throughout.
Brian in the Service Department was a huge help. We happened to hit something submerged on Sacandaga and the propeller was beaten up. But, we weren't sure if something more significant in the lower end was also hurt. But, Brian looked it over and quickly indicated that the prop and the hub kit was all that needed to be replaced. He was very helpful and gave some great advice. Also, the cost of the repairs were very reasonable and the repairs were done within a day. I would strongly recommend Alpin Haus to anyone buying a boat, jet ski or snow mobile or needing servicing. We will definitely continue to go back to Alpin Haus for all of our needs. Thanks.
