Great service and very good at what they do

Right from the start, before taking the unit off the lot, our salesman spent all the time needed during the walk-thru to go over and explain the features/benefits along with the functions of each item. We had discovered minor items that needed attention and was addressed and fixed before pick-up. He even set the brake gain/trailer setup on our F150. Also made sure our weight distribution hitch was set up properly.
Their service was equally as good paying attention to all concerns including even the minor issues we had. What was also a releif was the timely scheduling of service, communication during the service and the speed of the completion within their control.
I have done business with Alpin Haus for about thirty years , bought snowmobiles, trailers, three pontoon boats and jet skis over the years , always been happy with the way I have been treated and satisfied with the price and products purchased. I consider the folks their friends and have sent friends there that also purchased boats.
So far, they have been very accommodating to my needs
ALL the staff were very informative and helpful to make sure we understood and had everything we needed and informed us of anything we might consider in the future.
service department was awful. had no idea what they were talking. Said the trie had no tread then change the tune to dry rot then back to not enough tread. took pictures of a max vent when it was a roof leak in a different area.
Clean area and good hard working people.
Fair and appropriate prices. Service department is A+. Every time I have service performed it’s outlined what is going to be done, how much it will cost if not under warranty, when it will be done. Very professional yet friendly interaction.
And service tech Javier (?) is awesome!

We recently bought a 2008 Class C Winnebago from Alpin Haus RV of Saratoga.
The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! Our salesman Adam King was a pleasure to work with. After explaining to Adam exactly what we were looking for he brought us right out to the RV of our dreams. We were so surprised to see the excellent condition of this Winnebago. Clean, Beautiful, Everything in working condition right within our price range. The one and only thing that needed a fix was the awning and Alpin Haus promised a new one could be installed withing a couple of months. Well, they Kept Their Promise! We returned two months later and a brand new awning including canvas and hardware was installed. We would like to thank not only Adam King but Michal in service and Rick for doing a great job on the install. Rick was also the man who gave us the walk through and showed us all we would need to know about maintaining the RV's great condition and how to use all of it's terrific features.
Needless to say we are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Alpin Haus RV of Saratoga to anyone looking for the RV of Their dreams.

When we purchased the pontoon boat we had a problem with the throttle. The problem was rectified very quickly. The staff that handled the problem were very helpful in repair and scheduling the pick up.
You do good work, at a reasonable quoted price with no surprises.
Service needs to complete the job when started.
Call back when a customer or perspective customer calls and leaves a message within at least a day or two! Business days of course !
I was overcharged by $178. Then they said they would credit me back. I received $138 back. So I’m not impressed on how they handled charges. They also charged me the full amount for a service to my heater that doesn’t even work. Even when they told me they stopped halfway through. Apparently they just like taking my money.

$900 to make sure that a new camper is clean and working properly??? And it is in the shop for weeks now for the things that aren’t working properly. I hope my pipes don’t burst because I can’t winterize it since one of the problems is the water pump.
Josh was a pleasure to work with, didn’t push anything and was very knowledgeable and responsive to my numerous emails and questions.
Kyle also made the financial process easy and was straightforward with no hidden tricks . He had everything prepared when I went to pickup the boat which sped things along.
Finally, Brandon spent a significant amount of time walking me through everything from the cover to the motor in an easy to understand way and was also very informative regarding my questions.
