Follow through my trailer yearly maintenance and make things easier.
Sales department was good when we bought our camper a year and half ago. But recently we had to get a few repairs done at the service department. The majority of the time that I called to check on the progress of our camper, no one would answer the phone. It has been over a month and our camper is still there and not fixed yet. I feel the delays are keeping up on the items that were under warranty. I understand that the warranties are through Jayco, but I felt it could’ve been handled faster when those items were denied through the warranty. also, I paid for a few other repairs with my debit card and recently my card was charged for, Im assuming parts and no one got permission from me first to use my credit card again. I don’t even know what the charge is for because nobody reached out to me. I was actually very upset about this because what if I didn’t have that money in my account yet. A quick phone call and a message to let me know that they were goning to charge my debit card would have been appreciated

We were broken down due to issue with our towed vehicle. The Lincoln dealer referred us to Alpin Haus for them to fix. We waited a bit while a technician completed another job then he started. Analysis, testing, exploration and boom the charge line was shorting out. New connections and test again and the short also impacted the tow bar. The technician then bypassed the tow bar wiring and we were back on the road and resumed our 13,000 mile cross-country road trip. Very professional!
Products are determined by price! An RV is chosen by a knowledgeable salesperson who is dedicated to the family who is making the purchase. Alpinhaus is filled with dedicated people who enjoy their job and want to make lifelong friendships. I can name 10 people who have made my buying experience at Alpinhaus delightful and keeping me coming back for more!
I had a great salesman Mike Pritchard who took care of me. Mike has gone above and beyond, keeping me informed he’s been very helpful. The rest of the team is just as solid. They gave me a great tutorial going over everything in the vehicle. They’re also easy to reach for my questions which I appreciate. Kudos to Blake and Rich in the service department as well!
As always, Chris from Alpin Haus was on time, friendly and professional as he performed my annual inspection. Chris is always thorough and takes the time to answer any question I have about my RV.
Lyndsey was easy to work with and Andy do a great job going through the new sleds and explaining everything.
Dave, Service mgr is Fantastic. Always helpful and kind. Makes sure things are done& done right.

I gave a 9 because no one is perfect.
My recent experience with Alpin Haus RV has been very positive and I would definitely tell anyone about my positive experience so they can make their own decision to use them or not. I can’t say that past experiences have always been positive but that’s probably the same with most businesses. My past experiences, though maybe not great, were made right which is what I would expect from any company.
No one answers the phone. Takes multiple trys to reach someone. High turnover rate of staff.
Well bought a used camper, did not know the entertainment system was not working only the radio and poor at that, reception is terrible. contacted sales and well its been almost a month now. the sales person got back to me at least. I have contacted service 4 times and no response back anymore. I would test everything before you buy it here because they even pushed an aftermarket warranty on me and still no repones. I worked in the automotive service industry for 30 years and I rate this place at a 1. They are nice and ready to sell and that's it.

Friendly and knowledgeable service staff. Repairs were done quickly without further problems. All factory parts were used.
I've been to other shops in the past with regrets later; you can trust them to do the right thing and not sell you what you don't need!
I paid $120 for my RV to be de-winterized this spring and found out later that only somethings were actually done that I paid for

I really like dealing with Teresa.
You could inform people that when buying a class B van that you do not service all of the components that you (the buyer) will have to take it to multiple dealers to get it fixed. And you will have to find the dealer that needs to fix it. You alpin haus are not a one stop shop. for this is how it is portrayed when you walk in to alpin haus is the go to for all concerns and it will be taken care of.
Additionally, when asked about #Warranty products no one seems to know when you have to take it to one of these other dealers to get something fixed if it is under warranty or not.

The employees.
We had our pool closed. They were there when they aid they would be. Suddenly they left and it turns our one of the techs wife was in labor! The sent someone in his place and they were done quickly! Congrats to the new parents!

Alpin Haus service department has always done a terrific job of maintaining my RV. I just had my unit in for annual maintenance and they found a problem that would have caused a catastrophe. So heartfelt thanks to the service department for finding that out.
I will continue to use them, and recommend them to others.
