The service department is efficient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Both Ed and Brian were helpful and kept me informed of my Yamaha boat repair. Purchased a 2025 Grand Design travel trailer. I couldn't tow it as it was too heavy for my truck. We needed on-site service for a leak from rainwater. Kris L. was the service tech that was sent out. He was very professional and took his time to triage where the water was getting in from. He took his time and discovered the cause of the leak. Without any manual to go by, he knew exactly how to fix the problem.
That was two weeks ago and despite having many heavy rainstorms since, no more leak.
