Service department access and assistance was not one that I would recommend
I had a service tech come out to look at my new campers AC unit because it was leaking.
Found out the condenser was freezing up. Nothing was done beyond that. Earlier this week the unit was blowing ice chunks out. I shut it off, contacted my Saleman and so far Haven’t heard anything back. I spoke to our campground RV repair guy and he seems to think the AC isn’t full charged.
I need someone to look at this.. camper isn’t even a couple months old. Very disappointing
Thank You to the staff at Amsterdam Alpin Haus. We had a great experience. Steve our sales man was patient with us as we looked at several units. Very knowledgeable also. Vickey the finance manager was great. Thanks to Dominic for a great job with the demo. John did a great job with explaining and demoing the 4 point hitch to me. Kyle was great with the final paperwork. Jerry the parts manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gary was very helpful by pulling out the camper we were looking at so we could see it with the awnings out. Also picking up our old camper that we traded in. Also a big thanks to Shannon for looking in our old camper after we left for something my wife thought she left in the camper.

Pickup time was at 3pm. We expected to have a walk through of the camper so we could see everything. Service was still putting this together on the camper when we arrived. It was clear sales dropped the camper on service at the last minute and told them to get the camper ready quickly because the buyer was coming. The one positive is that the gentleman from service was squared away and helpful.
They fixed our problem if the drawer not closing with an extra step to insure that it stays closed
Everybody at Alpin Haus was very friendly and was able to accommodate to my needs. They gave multiple options of similar layouts that we liked, and my representative bargained for lower prices and provided discounts. The walkthrough was very thorough and informative. The only thing was that they did not fix one of the pieces of furniture in the camper that was supposed to be fixed. Otherwise a great experience.

Reliable / They do a great job!
There are serious communication issues between sales and service. Service was unaware of needs that sales said we’re communicated. Each time we’ve needed assistance (on a brand new camper) it’s been as if we’re dealing by with two completely different companies that have no idea what’s going on. Working directly with service has been good so far, but it took a while to connect with them direct.

You don't do anything and NEVER EVER call us back. You never fix things that are covered by warranty BUT have no problem taking our money. That's always done right on time.
Needed leaf springs and brakes, 5 days out. Leaving for trip next day, no rentals available
