I don’t trust the I for giving . I brought in rv to be winterized and check for any leak in the fixture piping under bathroom sink since I found some moisture wet in corner of floor under seat of table that butts up to the bathroom sink area. Somehow I was told had leak in roof opposite side n no where near the area in question?? No signs of water stairs or moisture on ceiling in rv so the service person put silicone on area of the roof when most likely is nothing wrong with it.
Also our brother bought a rv and paid to wi terize their rv last year and when they went to use it everything tanks filled both clean water and dirty grey tank to the brim so how was it possible winterize that and never have empty tanks?? Are you just telling people the service is being done and not doing what is paid for?? I am highly thinking finding elsewhere to do my business moving forward!
Service tech was great and very thorough. My only complaint is price. Your services are very expensive.
I dropped my unit off for a 10am appointment and it was moved from the lot to the service area by 10:05am. I asked that the unit be winterized and a few warranty items completed. Not only was the worked completed but a detailed report was provided that stated exactly what was done with each item.

My 2019 Class C developed 2 roof issues. I made an appointment and paid over $200 for a roof inspection. I was given no information regarding the front leak other than the interior repair would cost around $3,500. The information I was given on the rear coach issue was really incorrect. The rear wall of my rv is fiberglass and it curves up and meets the roof. I was told the the fiberglass rear wall was 'cracked' and that Alpin Hass didn't do that type of repair. They recommended a body shop in the area that specialized in rvs. I went to that shop and they explained that the fiberglass was just slipping out from under the screwed down metal trim. I am surprised that Alpin Haus technicians didn't have enough knowledge regarding rv construction. I had heard good things about Alpin Haus, but now I am having second thoughts of using them again in the future.

I received a message from the Service Manager James who indicated that he would be canceling my scheduled RV warranty service. James had called last week to schedule the service but it was bad timing given that I had a detailing service scheduled that I had to get cancelled and work obligations. James was ok with me calling him back to schedule, which I was set to do later this week. James never indicated that the warranty work was at risk and never provided a timeline, but rather just called and left a message that he cancelled the service. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing for a place I have started to rely on for my RV work.
I’m hoping this can get resolved in a more professional manner.
The sole Service contact method that works is the Alpin Haus website Service form which elicited immediate response. Before finding that form, I had given up trying to reach the Service Department by phone after several days of failed attempts. I even became unsure if Alpin Haus's Service Department still existed after no telephone call was picked up and no telephone messages returned.
After my service request was transmitted online, discussed with Service staff during their call back, work was scheduled quickly and that Service experience was a 10.

Quick service. Josh and other staff are great.
I left a message with service dept. Last week and still have not had my call returned. We purchased camper and got it home to realize it has a solar panel and we have questions on that. I will be calling again.
Justin and crew went out of their way to accommodate our RV purchase. We were unable to tow initially, so they delivered the RV to our house and even came back a second time to assist with a brake controller. I would definitely recommend Alpin Haus to others.
