Extremely professional and friendly! Highly recommend!
Well the main issue is mileage from my location if something goes wrong even with the very best care things are prone to fail and it’s at the expense of the individual to return the merchandise for repair
I brought my unit in mid April for few little easy fixes. I had to wait to be completed until mid August
They never answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not answer messages
They forgot to shut off the house batteries, which drained them dry and stayed like that for months with the consequent damage
They told me a balance amount and when I went to pick up my unit they wanted $400 more
I asked to fix the rear left light, they charged me for that, but still not working
Two years ago they broke a piece of my slide out. They recorded the damage commiting to fix it, but the new management refused to honor the commitment, saying that it was not their problem
Somebody climbed to the roof, leaving a sniker rubber mark, then they vandalized my unit carving a word in the left wall with a sharp object
After I picked up my unit I found a recently dead rodent in the kitchen cabinet
About what you can do to make it right? That, you will have to figure it out. Me, I'm NOT coming back there, that is for sure
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable techs. Very good at explaining everything to the customer. Fast turnaround on repairs (once they get the parts which isnt their fault)

There was a problem delivering the trailer to our campsite. The first time there was no truck available for 2 hours or more. We arrived a little after one and did not get to our site to around 5. Otherwise, we are very happy with the service and the people working there.

Your technician did an excellent job installing the window in our recreational vehicle. The problem is that I had to pay for two windows. Because I measured the first window it came in and it did not fit. I was charge for the window.

More thorough inspections of equipment. I discovered my refrigerator was not wired correctly when I got home with my new trailer (2022 jayco jay flight slx 8)
So here's the story. I inquired about any available jet skis at the beginning of the 2022 summer season. I was told nothing was available but I would be put on a contact list if anything came up. Okay great, I never got a call, but then wanted to place an order for something for next year. I try calling and don't typically get through easily and don't know direct extensions, and people don't call back. Finally get the phone number of someone to call directly from a friend of mine who orders almost every year. So I call and get a hold of Mark to place my order for next year. He tells me nothing about an available jet ski that is in stock (assuming it was there at the time I called) even though i have been on the "waiting list" all summer. So I discuss with Mark what model to get and gave payment info and sent my ID. I was told I would get an email back to confirm and continue the process and received nothing after a few days, so I call the store again. Now I speak to Lindsay who tells me he sees no record of my deposit or sale and he doesn't know how I could have ordered because he is the only sales person. So I told him I called and talked to Mark, but there is no record of me reserving anything for next year. Magically though, there is a jet ski available for this year. Again, I believed I was on a wait list for anything for this year, but wasn't contacted about it. So Lindsay offers for me to come look at it if I want it for this year.
Happy to say I loved the jet ski and began the purchasing process. Again, no record found of my $500 deposit that I thought I did previously for next year's jet ski, so we figured that out and moved forward with the purchase.
Pick up day- arrived for my appointment, wanted to go see Ron to do finances but was sent to see the jet ski first. Had a great appointment with the service person to explain about the jet ski to me. Returned to complete payment and Ron was then busy for around 20 minutes with another appointment?! Okay cool. I'll wait as the impending storm is coming and I just wanted to go get it in the water before it rained. I know- weather is not your fault, but we were anxious to get outta there with our new toy and didn't appreciate the extra wait time at the end.
The moral of the story for me is that when people are making these BIG purchases, it may not seem big to you because you all do this on a daily basis. But I just felt this entire process was completely disorganized from my perspective. I stated in the store that I thought Alpin Haus was lucky they were the only ones in town to do business with for jet skis and boats, or I would have definitely taken my business elsewhere.
If you'd like to make it right I would appreciate a response of my experience to let me know if this is typical for the sales process or not? I would really appreciate my first service fee be waived when I return with the jet ski for the service it will need after running it for 10 hours and also winterization. I will not need winter storage. Thank you for your time.

Timely manner
When a quote is given over the phone for work that was done on your trailer an email should be sent that day before works is done. We were quoted a price that was given on the phone saying the work was done and when we went to pick it up it was double the price. We did get a loyalty discount as we were customers for over 20 years or more at this trailer repair. But since it was bought out by Alpin Haus customer service has changed. You can never get thru if you call any extensions. My phone call that is suppose to go up to Oakridge NJ goes to Amsterdam NY this is ridiculous. And no one calls you back for days….
It needs to change or you will be loosing customers…

The work we have had done on our 1991 Prowler was always satisfactory. However the customer service was always subpar. Communication was nonexistent unless we initiated it and then insisted on it. In addition the pricing for labor was high, especially when we the customer had to research the solutions. We felt as if we were paying for the service department's learning curve. We would only recommend AlpinHaus because they are the only service shop in North Jersey.
We are soooo…excited about our Jayco264BHSLX purchase! The price was just right for our budget. This model has every feature to make our trip feel like home for us, my niece and nephew! It’s a perfect first time travel trailer for the novice! Our Sales Rep, Tom, listen to our needs and was very patient and understanding. As a first time buyer, of a Travel Trailer, he made our experience so enjoyable and put no pressure on us like how other businesses would! We were browsing and left out purchasing our very first travel trailer! I LOOVEEE OUR travel trailer! Tom and Justin is an OUTSTANDING father and son team! Working with the team, Dennis, Chris and Nick made the purchase, and road readiness seamless! Chris did an awesome job! Chris, technician who performed the work on my camper on 08/18/22 was professional, informative and complete. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how he was going to repair the issue and some hints on preventative maintenance.

I'm not happy that you charge for a road call when the call is for a warranty repair.
