Customer service.... I left three messages for the service department and never got a return call.
Also, had my trailer serviced there last year and found it unlocked and two screws missing from an area that they were working in. This year I checked after the work was completed and the trailer was locked and everything else seemed good.
On time, knowledgeable and very professional. Easy to work with and know what they are doing.
Your parts guy tried to pressure me into buying things i didnt need and then told me it was against the law to tow my camper without buying overpriced things.
Alpin Haus handles my winterization and annual warranty check up each year. They make sure I will be all set for the next camping season. When an employee called me to remind me of my appointment I was camping and had a problem with the hot water heater. I asked her if she could talk to someone in the service department and get suggestions of what to do. This had happened before and I knew they said it was a simple fix. She called me back and also sent me a video. I was able to fix the problem and had hot water once again!! Thank goodness, as it was 34 degrees at night. She went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate that!
Cost to store and service boat increased $160 in one year.

Very professional and explained all the work clearly
From the very first e-mail to picking up my TT after warranty work, replace defective roof AC unit, every person I communicated with was very professional and courteous. My concerns were listened to and addressed and taken care of. I did not purchase my TT from Alpin Haus but I was treated like a long time customer. My warranty work was completed in a very timely manner and at minimal cost to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpin Haus.

The Service Team is very responsive. They do what they say they are going to do. We purchased our boat and store it every year. They haul it from Lake Luzerne, store and shrink wrap, clean it up,acid wash and return it back to the boat launch in the spring. You can’t beat the service. Easy peasy.
