Staff do not answer phone calls or do not get back to you in a timely manner. We called and left messages for someone to get back to us the first time and they finally decided to call us back a few weeks later. Ordered wrong parts for our camper. We picked up our new camper in March and there were things that needed to be fixed. No one ever followed up with us for the things that needed to be fixed until August. They called us in August to let us know that our new camper door had been sitting there since March no one ever called us until August to let us know that.

We picked up our new Jayco Greyhawk Pretige yesterday. Everyone we dealt with was great. Tom, our salesman did a good job of showing us the unit. Dennis did a great job of walking us thru all the paperwork, and Chris did a fantastic job on the walk thru. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We also got the feeling the entire staff really enjoyed working together.
I purchased a used Travel Trailer from your salesman Gilbert Rosario at your dealership. He was a pleasure to do business with and your finance guy Keith was also great. The unit was as discribed and price was fair.
