Everyone was friendly greeting us in and greeting us out! Always a pleasant experience when coming to watch a movie with the family.
With the exception of entrance confusion, everything was well. We are accustomed to being welcomed by an employee, but at Silverado, a new refurbished facility, you basically just walk in straight into a theatre. We actively searched for an employee who directed us to our theatre. We're not certain how Silverado even controls who walks in or not.
Kids enjoyed the Arcade

Santikos Northwest 14 does not disappoint. They always have hotdogs available and ready to go. Their service is great. Best thing, they always have clean seats to sit on. Their seats are not peeling or broken.

Love this place, clean and comfortable.
Suggestion if these are read: when picking a movie on the website, you HAVE to choose the movie drop down before the dates and times populate. Sometimes people want to choose the date first, then the movies that are available on that date. Switching those two would make sense to many.
Hopefully this earns me a free ticket or two :)
