Quick response and resolution
I live in Mandeville, and happily spend the extra time to drive to Slidell to go to Santikos. It's a much more laid back and comfortable experience than the Movie Tavern Covington theater that's closer to me.
With that being said, it probably wouldn't hurt to spend a few bucks updating the public areas and restrooms, and freshening up the exterior to match the rest of the experience.

Super fast concessions, serve yourself popcorn, the coke freestyle drink machine, clean, reclining seats. Won't go anywhere else.
