There was an issue with the movie stopping and had to be restarted. The manager on duty was able to fix the issue and we were able to resume the movie. A few days later I received a follow up email by the theater’s Director who apologized for the inconveniences and provided free passes for the next movie. The staff are polite, friendly, and respectful to the customers. Also the prices for the tickets and snacks are reasonable and the the theater was clean. I will recommend to family and friends.
My experience was good, except that it felt like the air conditioning was out. It’s 100 degrees outside, and the theater was just as hot. The popcorn was too salty. The theater was clean, and the seating was comfortable. My experience would have been better if the air conditioning was on, or fixed and working if it went out.

The Mayan is always clean, icees are on point. Popcorn is always good. Jack and coke slushie is good stuff!!!
Any time I go to the grand I have a good time, even if what I’m seeing isn’t good. There are things to improve, but I’ve noticed decent changes. For instance the bathroom is much cleaner now, and the locks on the door actually LOCK which has been an issue. They appear to be understaffed but that does not hurt my experience. Sometimes the hallways are a little uneventful, I think having more posters and standees within the halls would make the experience feel a lot more special. I remember being younger and there being so many around and it always felt so great, not there’s hardly any unless you’re walking near the GPX. Still, no flaw but just things that could make that theater even better

The concession was clean and fast, no line. The employees were all super nice and made sure we were assisted with. We had a little hiccup with the movie starting but they got right on it and fixed the situation. They kept us up to date even though it only took them 5 mins to fix the issue. The theater was clean and we enjoyed our movie.
