Manager was super professional, csr's were kind, the location was super clean. It's smaller than the other santikos locations but for singles or date nights it is quaint. Also idk if it's just me but on the smaller rooms audio feels larger. I was overall satisfied with my visit there.

I would like Santikos to offer a SMALL "side" of popcorn, especially when customers are buying another entree (like a pizza slice or hamburger). $5 would be reasonable. I usually buy a pizza slice, but would love a bit of popcorn too. The "medium and "large" sizes of popcorn are fine as a solo item, BUT are simply too large of an "add on", in cost AND ability to eat. You would sell more popcorn, make more money and have happier customers.
We especially like the self serve popcorn.

We enjoy going to your theater. We’ve been there twice this week. However, last night we never received a text when our food was ready. I finally went to check to find the food. Fortunately I asked for a receipt and I was able to scan the code to access the food.
Fast service, clean bathrooms and clean theater were outstanding.

The movie we went to see was Solo Mio. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to see an adult movie, with no cuss words, no nudity, no perversion, just an extremely well written and acted movie. Cibolo Santikos is our movie theater. :)
I liked that I saw a great movie- Melania. The theater was clean. The Tuesday prices were great! We love your free popcorn refills!
Our theater of choice for years has been Embassy prior to that it was Galaxy.
We were disappointed that there were NO posters up anywhere in or outside of the theater nor was there any mention of the movie on your Facebook page. Seemed somewhat biased. By the way, the theater was 3/4 this full. It was a very good documentary.

Every time my family and I go to enjoy a movie the the theater is always clean and spotless. Restroom are very clean. Food hot when we order and the popcorn always fresh. There's never a long line to order my snacks or food. Great place! Highly recommend. And the worker's are always welcoming and friendly.
I appreciate the " Final Cut " discount on the ticket and food . The auditoriums are almost always clean. The reclining seats are nice . The food prices are very high. I would go to the movies more often if food and drink prices were more reasonable. Thank you for the Tuesday discount . I wish you had not removed the movie posters from the front of the building.
