Check in was easy. Getting the snacks were quick. Employees were friendly. Only one drawback; there were no trays attached to the seats to set snacks on.

Great seats
Amazing! Went for Tues $5.99 admission and was very pleasantly surprised. I usually go to Casa Blanca but decided to go to Silverado. So it had been years since I had been to this location. The theater has been renovated and looks brand new and very clean. The movie room had updated furnishings as well and the reclining seats were so comfortable. I was so impressed that I will definitely be going to Silverado more often. The theater made our experience so much better!
Everything is good, except that they don't even allow water bottle from home to be brought in. I understand that outside food and drink are not allowed, but if you make an exception for just water in reusable tumbler or water bottle from home, I think it will be a lot more accessible for the families with children.

How easy it is to purchase my tickets, select my seats, close to my home. I like how clean it is. The variety of snacks I can choose from. The employees are nice and helpful.

I like how easy it is to print out my ticket stubs now when I book my tickets ahead online. Also I really like some of the new changes to the concessions area. I also appreciate that there are tables next to the drink area to set down food while filling up drink cups. Great updates!

We absolutely love Military Monday's, Tuesday's $5.99, $5.00 last chance, rewards, giving back to the community, assigned seating is great, the reclined seating is great, friendly staff, I love going to Embassy because it's smaller with less people, but sometimes we do go to The Palladium to see movies on the bigger screen, by the way we love Roy who has worked there for years and checks tickets and informs guests where to go. He needs a raise. He always brings a smile on my face. ❤️
