You have Coke Zero and it tastes like it is supposed to, I like the bowling alleys and movie theater, I like the reclining seats and I love the sound quality.
Evo's popcorn tastes much fresher, but overall I like the cause of Santikos and how they give back.

Great movie experience…but the app needs to improve. We usually see films at the Cibolo theater but can’t reliably get that location to show up on the Santikos app. The app is also glitchy during ticket purchase. On my last purchase (Dune 2 at Cibolo), I selected 2 seats on the website, but when the checkout screen came up it said 3 seats. I tried to change the seat count on the checkout screen, or return to the seat selection screen, but the system would not permit it. So, I exited the site and was able to purchase 2 different seats (the 2 I had tried to buy earlier were still blocked). Then the tickets I bought never arrived, so I had to call the “Contact Us” number to have the tickets emailed. All in all, the experience was far more “glitchy” than I’ve ever found the Santikos ticketing process to be.

The environment you feel there is a family environment. love the customer service, the theater is clean and in the area where you get the drinks it's clean. Restroom are clean no toilet paper on the floor or smelly toilets. Love the senior discounts and the discount that you get with the members reward
Cleanliness, sound was good but, sitting in the back row for Dune II, I did hear some noise or movement and that was distracting. Otherwise, a good experience.

The people who work at the theater are always welcoming and helpful. These days customer service has really gone downhill across the board. It is refreshing to go somewhere where the employees want to engage with their customers.
Free soda and popcorn refills
Staff is great, movies are good, seats are awesome. I frequent Ebassy so I'm speaking about that location. Also, i like how I can get my own popcorn and drinks bc i wont miss half the movie waiting in line to get a refill.

I like the flexibility of the different movie times, bathrooms are plentiful, love the atmosphere and plenty of things to do before and after the movie. I also noticed that they have upgraded their sound system.
