I appreciate the vibe that the theatre gives as soon as you walk in. It's people busy but always willing to help, the decor let's you know immediately that your in a modern movie house. The do it yourself ticket kiosk easy to understand, but like I said if you need help just ask and they'll be happy to I struct you. Their concession area, always clean, the food looks good and most important the popcorn is ready. All Santikos theatres should be set-up like the Embassy with self serve popcorn with beverages nearby.
The only complaint is their food is a little on the expensive side and they should have more than one day of their Tuesday reduced ticket and popcorn prices .
The chairs are wonderful and so is the popcorn.
Great movie experience. Great prices on Tuesdays. Movie theater is all clean. My only complaint is Icee machines. They’re almost always watery, and flat. There’s poor maintenance. I don’t think he’s coming back to walk.

The theater was nice and clean. The whole experience was excellent, from concessions to the movie itself. Staff greeted us and cleaning crew thanked us for coming and have a good night.
The seats are comfortable. We were surprised by the lower Tuesday prices. Good choice in games. All you can eat popcorn. All you can drink sodas. Clean bathrooms. Friendly workers.
Accommodating staff and great movie experience overall!
Great place. Used the app to get tickets and worked great. Seating is very good although a few times ago I had a broken seat. We usually get popcorn and a drink … they are a little pricey. Should be a senior discount on them.

The management team was very responsive, they responded within a few hrs, they were very apologetic of the experience and they made accommodations for all inconveniences.
