I like being able to fill my own popcorn, and being able to add butter to every single layer. I also like the idea of filling up my own drink. Seems like the line moved faster because of this.

All of the employees were extremely friendly & helpful. The snacks were fresh & the chairs in the theatre are the most comfortable we have ever sat in in a movie theatre.
I loved the self serve drinks and especially the recliner chairs that allows you to have a great amount of leg room.

Your staff is a keeper. Both the lady checking tickets and the gentleman that sold us drinks and snacks were awesome. Only a 2 minute interaction and still walked away happier than before. Kudos to them.

Easy to enter with reservation. Popcorn station streamline refilled and the soda machine were easly in reach.

Clean facility. Much improved compared to the last time I visited when it was filthy. I did email corporate about the unacceptable dirtiness a few months ago. I gave it another visit and it was a lot better. Everything was clean.

I love how easy it is to purchase tickets. I love how the food service people always ask and are willing to check to see if we have any points. The seats are the best! Our most recent purchase had to be cancelled when we realized we had a big conflict in our schedule. I dreaded going online to see how complicated it would be to cancel. But yall made that so easy too! Thank you SO much for all you do and for giving so much to the community!
