I love the theater in general. It’s clean, well kept. Love the chance to partake in a cocktail at the personal bar. Was sad to see you had to have people multitasking (taking popcorn orders and where you buy tickets ). It’s losing a bit of it’s personal by this. But over all, still above other places.

I am happy that the Silverado, as it is very convenient to my home. I do miss all the “cowboy “ decorations from the past.
I love going here. Staff is always helpful and quick. Food never disappoints or takes too long. It's always very clean and comfortable.
I liked the added arcade. I do wish there were more healthier food options. I think this would elevate Santikos new Braunfels even more!
The seats are comfortable and the screens have good picture.
Friendly staff, clean and love the $4.99 Tuesdays because on a fixed income this gives us the opportunity to go enjoy movies.

Clean theater, clean bathroom
I love the new Silverado! The only thing I had an issue with was that two of my tickets were double booked. Another two guests had the same tickets. At the end, we were able to compromise with our seats, and the other guest sat two seats down. It worked out in our favor without having to hassle guest service. Please have management look into that so other guests don’t have the same issue.
The staff is amazing!
Wonderful, friendly cashier. Popcorn was delicious. Theater was super clean. Comfortable recliners. Only con- hand dryers didn't work in bathroom. Unless I didn't know how to turn it on. Will return soon.
This is one of our favorite family outings. The seats are so comfortable and the climate is just right.
The Embassy theater is always a pleasure for me to go to. I find the staff very friendly, and the Santikos mission is one I find refreshing and hopeful.

I did not like that they advertise food but don't have it. I wanted 2 hotdogs, they only had one and I would have to wait 30 minutes for another one. I wanted pizza, no pizza available, same thing would have to wait 30 minutes.

My favorite theater has always been the Bijou and I
am looking forward to their return and programming
of art films that mainstream theaters generally don't show.
Always clean, seats recline and like how you have access to drink and popcorn refills.
The spacious recliner seats were very comfortable. The self dispensing popcorn machine was amazing. Bar area, Arcade and Bowling alley was very nice too.
Adam and Santikos and Casa Blanca made it right and showed me they do care for their customer experience. As someone who is in a leadership role at Wells Fargo. I strive to give the best of the best and usally have high standards for what customer service is. This by far was 120 percent.
