Santikos has been my prefer movie chain for the last 5 years. I left San Antonio for college and every time I come home I have to visit our local Santikos as other movie theaters don’t offer the same overall experience.

I always enjoy going to that theater because it is a convenient loc. with a bus stop across the street from it to be dropped off at.It is always clean & the e.ployees are always nice & helpful if u need the help.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theater was clean, the concession folks were friendly, the tickets were easy to purchase online, seats were comfortable, parking was good, and prices were reasonable. I love being able to select seats. I liked being able to grab a woobie in case the theater was chilly and I think of my time there when I use it back home in Atlanta.

I like the movie price especially on Tuesdays. I have also developed an addiction to your chicken quesadillas, and I especially like the half price deal on that.

Westlake location is a hidden gem.
The seats are very comfy and the staff is friendly! Great variety of games at the arcade (the prizes could use some attention) and bar area was perfectly secluded. The self serve area is convenient and the whole establishment is tidy!

Th friendly customer service was appreciated. My two sons had ordered the Spiderman kids meal, however the associate could only find one of the Spiderman figure cup toppers. Another associate asked if we could wait for a moment while they went to look for another one. It was so kind of them to take the time to look for the Spiderman figure cup topper. What great customer care and service!

I voiced a complaint about the condition of the seats. The manager got back to me immediately and apologized and told me that they were working on redoing the seats. He also was kind enough to offer 4 passes which he will mail to me.
I was very pleased and will continue to go to movies regularly at this location.
