The amazing communication and professionalism that I received from Ms. Melissa Darnell.I had an unfortunate experience recently with the sound quality of a movie. I completed the survey and Ms. Darnell responded almost immediately. She apologized and showed empathy and assured me that the issues would be resolved.
Very seldom have I received such amazing customer service from any company. While I initially told my self that I would not be returning to this specific location, Ms. Darnell changed my mind by showing what true professionalism and customer service look like in 2026. Managers of her caliber should be the standard by which others are measured.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. When we arrived they had everything organized and all of our popcorn, drinks, and snacks precounted and ready to go. I also appreciate how well they communicated with us during the planning period. Our son and his friends had a great time at his birthday party!

Great price point and movie availability. Clean theatre, seats, and restrooms. And concessions reasonably priced, though would like a little more variety. And frozen alcoholic drink was underwhelming- it didn’t seem like there was any alcohol in it.
