I like the place. The gyro sucked. But didn’t have high hopes for a gyro at a movie theatre. The hamburger was good. Norris were fine. Popcorn good.

An excellent theater, well maintained. Incredible variety of offerings in films & concessions. The employees could use a little more customer service training. While it is difficult to inculcate a feeling of happiness and enjoyment in employees it is important that they not project an air of active disdain for patrons. Theaters should be bright, joyful, vibrant places. "Welcome to Santikos" "We're so glad to see you" "Enjoy the film" "Thanks for being here" etc.

Clean lobby, restrooms and theaters. We are a group of retired presons that go on Tuesdays for the special pricing on tickets and concessions.
I love going to this theater. There's a movie theater 2 miles from my residence, but I'd rather drive 21 miles to the AmStar theater to see a movie. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I am a disabled Veteran and I usually see movies on Mondays to take advantage of the Santikos military veterans discount. When I go to the movies, popcorn is a must, and I love that I can distribute my own popcorn and butter and layer it how I like.
I would like to see the AmStar theater get an upgrade to the seat tray/table that I see is installed at other Santikos locations in the ads that they run before the movie starts. This theater doesn't currently have those and it would be a wonderful addition and a game changer for sure.
I like the five dollar movies.

we were a group of 8 women. Everyone we came into contact with was wonderful. So rare these days. We say the 4;45 showing of Verity on 10/12/26.
