I used to go to Alamo Drafthouse and drop $100 each visit before it was sold to private equity and lost all its nuance. I tried Santikos northwest in 2013/2014 and everything was dirty and the carpet smelled. I gave it a chance again this year and the renovations have greatly improved this location. It has been the movie going experience I've been missing. In a few months I have spent $300. The pizza is amazing and greasy. I would love if yall had wings and fries at the northwest location, but imo having a deep fryer could effect the staff that works there and the current staff is chill and friendly. If you like my review or want more info from me please feel free to send me some tix or santikos points and I'm down

You have great, knowledgeable and friendly employees working there. The theater is almost always kept clean. The screens are nice and big. The seats are big and comfortable. I am a Guru customer, meaning I am always there. Also the food there is excellent.

Purchasing tickets online was a fairly easy and streamlined process. The reclining seats were nice, and the ticket prices weren't too expensive.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful. My sister has kidney disease and the person behind the snack counter fixed her some popcorn with no salt. Also, I needed to get a refund for one of my party that was unable to attend and the management staff readily gave me a refund for the ticket I had purchased for the person that could not attend. I also love the recliners in the IMAX theater. One last thing that was awesome was the clean theater and bathrooms. Great experience! Will definitely return!
