It was nice
Their customer service ! The guys in the Concession Stand were sooo friendly and willing to help. My wife usually go to THE EMBASSY. But last nite we went to the Mayan. The folks, especially the Mgr at Dmbassy always balks at making salt free popcorn for me. I hv cardiac and kidney issues. EVERY TIME I ask, they have to frown. But the Mayan, they didnt bat an eye. THEY said, YES SIR, it will talk a minute, but we.ll start popping it. I used to work at the Pentagon. I know what Customer SERVICE is. The Mayan out beats the Embassy. The Mgr at the Embassy needs to seriously stop being so rigid looking and also in his voice. I think we.ll stick with the Mayan from now on.

Reclining seats
Young man was professional, greeted us at door, walked us over to tickets, Helped us immensely. Girl at concessions was great also. Great Super Tuesday.
Love the reclining chairs! The audio in some theaters is way too loud especially for the previews!!

we really enjoy military mondays. thank you for the opportunity to go to the movies at a reduced rate. we love a little break from day-to-day to enjoy a good movie. and i have to rave about your chicken tenders....the last two visits they have been so very good.

Staff was helpful & professional. I went with a large group. We just had to wait for them to turn the lights on after the end of the movie so the older ones would not fall. Everyone was really nice and friendly. They helped us with purchasing our tickets to getting our snacks. Please let them know that we appreciated them.
Concession line moved fast!
Seating was comfortable, and the area was clean. The visual and audio were great. Restrooms were very clean. Parking was convenient. I gladly recommend this theater as an overall excellent movie experience.
