Each of the theaters are clean and the seats are comfortable. The concession prices are totally unreasonable! The workers do treat customers with respect.

Customer service is great, I didn't like the seats I chose and when I arrived to the theater they changed them immediately. The guy at the concession was very polite and fast. He provided ideas to save some money with the combos... My grandson and I had a good time. Thank you!

I love that I go in there. Everybody is very friendly and always has a smile on their face and it is very clean. Everyone is so helpful when I when we’re there to buy popcorn or sodas, whatever it is and they also have a smile on their face, they always make my day.
It was a great experience. I had my service dog with me and staff were very friendly and helpful, and accommodating as needed. Will definitely be coming back.

Always a wonderful experience at Santikps. From the fresh food to the super clean bathrooms. It's smells wonderful and full of smiles. What isn't there to experience! I just wish the games room was bigger! We would never leave!
