My wife and I attend on Military Mondays. We find the Santikos theater at Embassy to be clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly.
My only recommendation is to allow Veterans to pre-purchase tickets on the App.
It’s easy to get in purchase tickets and get your favorite movies snacks. There’s a good variety of choices and not quite a big hot food selection, the nachos, hotdogs and pizzas all taste really good. I enjoy the promotions they offer from the Monday discount for military and first responders to the Final Cut feature .
I like the self serve popcorn so no wait. Seems.to have wider aisles than Casa Blanca and the Palladium as well.
The fast service both tickets/concessions. The theater/bathrooms clean and organized.
Clean and quiet on a Monday evening.
We love this theater. The only issue for us was the bar tender did not show up on time and we were not abke to get a mixed drink.

We love going to Santikos, it is always very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I rather make the drive to Santikos in Cibolo than to visit any other movie theater.

Super fast concessions, serve yourself popcorn, the coke freestyle drink machine, clean, reclining seats. Won't go anywhere else.
