Very modern but also very cozy. I was traveling to Cibolo Santikos but when I found that the Santikos NB was clean, modern and up to date with food service and seating, it is now my number one place to watch a movie.
We always love watching movies at this theater. We were a little upset about them taking the gummies/candy option from the kids meal and still charging almost $8 for it but my son was fine with it after we talked to him about it. He always looks forward to his mini m&ms with his kids meal. I absolutely love the $5 Monday first responder/ military special. So many companies do not offer anything for them so it’s nice to see that they do.
I enjoyed our overall experience! The theater was clean, and the seats were very comfortable and spacious. My family and I were able to enjoy the movie without feeling disrupted by any of the other guest. Great overall experience!

My daughter and I always enjoy going to the theater. Always a pleasant experience. Whether we buy tickets online or at ticket box, quick & convenient. Love getting large popcorn & icees from snack bar. The recliner seats are extremely comfortable. Our favorite theater!!
I enjoy the Military Monday discount days. I wish you also had a Senior Cititizen Day. I like to serve my own refreshments as well. Your staff is kind and helpful at all times.
The facility and staff are great
This is my theater, there is another in town but closer and I still use this one. The seating is far more comfortable here and I know exactly what to expect. All of the personnel are very nice and helpful.

Every visit is Awesome the cleanliness everyone is friendly. Never had issues. Last thou 7/11/24 soda machines and slushy machines weren't working. But always a great experience..
From the ticket office to the concession stand I was very satisfied. I go often and everyone is always very polite and helpful. I can always tell they appreciate my business!

It’s clean & the food is good
Westlakes Location is probably my most favorite location I do wish to voice some suggestions more solutions for ICEES and a better concession ordering area it gets very close and not much room to move.
other than that customer service is great and friendly I did notice on last visit I had to tell them my rewards when asking about points to use but was told they could not add them because the transaction was already made.
I was not asked prior to and was not offered to use them.

The person who assisted me at Santikos was friendly and efficient, popcorn and drinks were ready and very easy for me to get, the theater was clean and pleasant, sound was great, and staff cleaning up afterward were friendly and cheerful!
