The sound, picture and chairs were great! I enjoyed very much the kiosks and the customer service the team had. Very helpful and nice. Cleanliness was nice too. The restrooms could use a little bit more attention though.

Easy to purchase tickets online and select seats. We go for the early shows, so there's no line to get in or wait for concession. Clean place.

We saw the Spiderman movie and loved the theater. As Panama City residents this was our first time at this theater. My kids loved the reclining seats and space to move during a long movie. The prices for tickets and snacks were reasonable as well. We will be going here for any future movies we choose to see.
Santikos is clean, easy, on-time with a great snackbar. I havent gone bowling yet but, it is on my list of things to do.
The theater was prepared for us.

Every time we go to Santikos Embassy, we’re impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the theatre. Great job ya’ll!
As a local company, I’d love to see a focus on some local brands. Put a bartender right inside the theatre selling ready to go cocktails or local beers. Charge $10/per.
