The cleanliness of the theater
We almost always only go on Monday for Military Monday. We like the cost, as we are seniors on a fixed income. Military Monday is a good deal for us. We like to go as early as possible. We love the 11 am or noon movies. About the latest we go is 2 PM. Never at night. All the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

Everything
Lobby, restroom, concession stand, and auditorium were clean. Food and movie offerings were good, as were the sound and the views. The seats are clean, functional, and comfortable. We like the swing table. Staff was plentiful and cooperative.

Loved how easy it was to purchase tickets online. There was no waiting, everything was clean, and you can't beat the comfortable seating.

The frozen margaritas; some of the most delicious in all of San Antonio. Cultural staple of the city and a must-have for any movie lover. I also love that Santikos hosts Military/First Responder appreciation nights. It's an honorable gesture for our defenders and I truly hope they can take time to enjoy a movie night with their loved ones.
Clean, comfortable etc. I do have a suggestion however. every time I go to use any rewards i’ve accumulated at the concessions it’s like the employees have no idea what I’m talking about.
It’s a nice clean theatre and never gets too crowded. The employees are always really nice.
Comfortable chairs. Family restrooms are important for my wheelchair wife.

We love our theater. The theaters and chairs are nice, the popcorn and drinks are good and we especially love the military Mondays and $5.99 Tuesdays.

However, I must say when did matinee prices begin after 5pm? That was a bit of a shock.
Casa Blanca is starting to show a bit of wear-and-tear. Hopefully some steam cleaning is in the horizon to step-up the cleanliness.
