I love Santikos Northwest. My husband and I have been coming to this location since we were kids. We'd each come with our family and then later when we were dating. We got married had a son, brought our son here, now he comes with his fiance, and my husband and I continue to visit.
It's always a 10 out of 10 visit only because I love the location and it's never too busy even when it's a movie that has been recently released.
However, the last time we came, Sept. 5th, for the 4pm showing of BY ANY MEANS, we were super disappointed with the popcorn. It was pretty stale. Also other times we've visited, the drink area is not as clean as it could be. Will there ever be a second drink station added and also another popcorn dispenser? The water pressure at some of the sinks in the women's restrooms could be stronger and the sink area in the women's restrooms could be a little cleaner/neater.
I've been a rewards member for many years, and a Santiko's customer even longer. Please bring back the paper boats you would give out so we can share the big bucket of popcorn. Those small snow cone cups are useless.
I like the self serve drink and popcorn machine; however, with the fresh popcorn being placed on the top, my popcorn will never be fresh and hot for the movie. I would rather wait in line for fresh and hot popcorn. I do understand the convenience but nothing beats fresh popcorn and a crispy drink while watching a movie.
It was super easy to buy a ticket online and then the check in process was super fast!!
The manager was very helpful when I had an issue with my membership points being credited. It was a computer problem that day at the theater. In addition, I love being greeted with a smile by Mary every Tuesday when I come to see a show.
Most of the staff is friendly, the theaters are clean. I like that there are free recipes on popcorn and pop now.

I have been a Santikos member since 2012 so Santikos is my movie spot and have always had great experiences with customer service and the staff. For Westlake's the seats could use some attention as well as the popcorn stations but other than that great place. Only thing I would recommend get more attention is more popcorn buckets for movies like Marvel Avengers and other highly anticipated films to come. I actually purchased the insidious popcorn bucket recently as I was surprised one was actually released!!

The recliner seats are the best. Some need some love but still comfortable. Practical Magic 2 was great, ready to watch again.

Went to the mystery movie Monday night. I was not a real fan of the content of this movie, but in the past all movies have been good.
As in all my times attending Santikos theaters the facilities have been clean and comfortable, Concessions have been well made and tasty. Unfortunately the concessions have gotten a bit expensive.
Quick easy, clean facilities. Great seats.
