Theater was clean and comfortable. I still think snacks and food prices are outrageous. Also the lobby bathrooms are too small. Only 3 stalls and one sink.

The Mayan is great. Customer service is great and it’s clean. We used to go to westlakes but the soda machines always tasted alittle off. But Mayan is on point.

I mistakenly used a past date to order tickets. The manager was kind enough to give us free passes. It was an honest mistake on my part and really appreciated him over riding the rule that we can only get a refund if cancelling an hour before showtime
We only go to a Santikos theater - the popcorn is better than any other theater and they still carry Diet Dr. Pepper!! Win-win in my book!!
Everything, I like the reward system and how easy it is to use and also buy tickets, i like how you can refill your drinks and popcorn without having to ask someone or what in a line again, and also the very comfortable reclining seats and table attached for all our movie snacks
