It was great. The theater and restrooms are very clean. The popcorn and soda area were very clean as well. Customer service was very good from the person taking tickets to the cleaning staff.

The movie experience was excellent and the staff was very polite and professional and courteous, it was a great movie and the theatre was very clean and comfortable seating. Overall an excellent experience.
It’s pretty well organized. However, did not like my experience in buying my ticket. I had to go stand in the concession line to buy my tickets. It would not allow me to purchase my handicap ticket without a wheelchair being present. My husband is a military vet and he can’t climb stairs. Took me 20-25 minutes to buy them

I want to speak on more than my most recent experience, because it's the consistency that keeps me coming back. The prices are affordable enough for me to see multiple films every month, and I definitely take advantage of that. The staff is friendly, but not so aggressively that it feels forced. The lobby, bathrooms, and auditoriums are all well-maintained and kept reasonably clean for the level of traffic. On the rare occasion that I've had an issue, it was handled quickly and to my immediate satisfaction. No other cinema in the area compares!
Love your theaters but the concession prices are too high. Please consider giving senior discounts since we are the ones that attend throuout the week.
